About
Anna is a professional vocalist and recording artist. She has been singing since she was twelve years old and teaching since 2007. Anna graduated with a BA in Music at Sussex University, specializing in vocals and studying under vocal legend Carleen Anderson (Brand New Heavies).
Whilst studying in Brighton, Anna was actively involved in the vibrant music scene there, running monthly shows with her band, as well as doing solo shows, and releasing various material. Anna also taught singing in stage schools, music academies and private one to one sessions.
After moving up to London in 2011 Anna set up her own teaching practice, alongside this she continues to perform across the country with her original work and also at events and functions with her vocal harmony group, Lady Armstrong, her jazz trio, The Autumn Leaves, as well as with other bands.
Anna has an enhanced DBS check and, as a member of the Musicians Union, has full public liability insurance.
Anna also has a little four legged doggy friend who comes to the studio sometimes! Alfie is a small and very friendly dog who loves to listen to Anna's students sing...but please ask if you would rather come for a lesson on a dog free day! See below for photo!
